Rio 2

Rio 2 is finally out and I'm kind of psyched about it so I'm waiting for Anoushka's exams to end so we can go see it. I haven't seen any new movies in a really long time and I loved the first part so I hope that the second part will be equally good or better. Of course in most cases the sequel isn't as good as the first but we can always hope so I'll be sitting with my fingers crossed for the next few days.

The 5 Elements

Air:
The first breath
Of a new life.
The wind
In my hair.
The sigh
On my lips.

It tickles  my ear;
Whispering to me
The answers I seak.

Fire:
The blazing sun.
The warmth
Of a summer's day.
The light
That shows us
The way.

It burns at my soul;
Blazing away bad
Memories in me.

Water:
A summer storm.
The ocean
Lapping
At my feet.
Tears rolling
Down my cheek.

It washes my mind;
Cleansing and purifying
My negative thoughts.

Earth:
Green life growing
Everywhere.
The damp soil
At my feet.
The smell of 
A spring field.

It nurtures me;
Guiding me through life
To my distant fate.

Spirit:
The peace
Possessed
At sleep.
Inner strength.
Free will.
Deep thoughts.

It sets me free;
Turning my dreams 
Into possibilities.

Air,
Fire,
Water,
Earth,
Spirit,
Are beckoning me.
